Thai yellow curry


200 g.meat/fish, cut into pieces (choose any variety)
30 g. of Sutharos Yellow Curry Paste.
2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
165 ml (1 small can) of Sutharos Coconut Cream.
350 ml. of water.
1 Onion, peeled and cut into pieces.
2 Potatoes, peeled, and dice.
3 Red Chili, sliced.
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sutharos Fish Sauce


  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and fry the Sutharos Yellow curry paste until aromatic or about one minute, then pour in the Sutharos coconut cream, stir and boil until aromatic and oil has started separated on surface. Add water and boil.
  2. Add prepared meat/fish. Add onion, potato. Seasons with Sutharos fish sauce, and sugar.
  3. Wait until cooked. Add sliced red Chilli. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with hot steamed rice.
